 The Mizfit Attitude

A misfit goes against the grain, thinks differently and doesn’t adjust to the norm. That way of thinking drives our choice of which programs to offer. Our goal at Mizfit is to bring our clients the most innovative, trendy & effective fitness concepts like ZUMBA,  and dance genres like Pop Ballet, Jazz Funk, Belly Dance & Hip-Hop (even Mommy and Me). We aim to change conventional perceptions about exercise and make it dynamic, desirable & entertaining!

Dance fitness is a dance oriented fitness class choreographed specifically to change with the music. The purpose of the class is to move with the beat and lose yourself in the rhythm. It is both a mental and physical workout that fosters on sheer exhilaration. Usually unique and choreographed to the latest music, this is the future of fitness and what we at Mizfit provide.

“My daughter, Gabi, loves Zumba and has learned so much from it. Not only has she gained self-confidence and self-esteem, but she has gained a love for fitness. Miss Nicole has a way of integrating fitness and fun. She shares with the students her passion for dance and fitness and instills this passion in them. My daughter talks about Zumba constantly and looks forward to it each week.”Alyssa

“My daughter has been dancing with MIZFIT under the direction of Nicole Rosen for 2 years. I'm blown away by the professionalism and integrity of this business. Nicole's heart is so connected to her dancers. Not only is the choreography stellar but the message that Nicole sends to her young dancers is so meaningful. "Love yourself" A wonderful mission to send to young women. We look forward to continuing a long relationship with Nicole and her amazing staff of talented teachers!”Samona

Our goal: make exercise fun

Mizfit’s classes are designed with your child’s overall wellness in mind.

Our classes combine innovative and trendy dance themes with unconventional takes on traditional styles such as Salsa, Merengue, Belly Dance, Yoga, Fitness, Hip Hop, Jazz, and Ballet choreography. Taken together, they provide a creative venue for and encourage self-expression, social interaction & multi-cultural understanding. Our programs help build core body strength and develop balance & coordination. Children use fine and gross motor skills, listen and interact to upbeat pop songs that have them singing, moving and creating healthy habits.  It’s so easy, fun, and effective that kids won’t even realize they’re exercising!
